Nasreen Waghu, 47, and her children Sadnaj (20) and Harsh (13) were discovered dead in their house at Naya Nagar on Mira Road on September 7, 2021, according to the news agency.
The police first made an accidental death report and submitted the remains for post-mortem examination. The official stated that they had recently obtained autopsy findings indicating that Nasreen's children were strangled. According to the official, Nasreen took several tablets to end her life. According to him, the police launched a murder complaint against Nasreen on Tuesday based on the autopsy results. The motivation for the crime has yet to be determined, and an investigation is continuing, he added.
