Nepali mobile network is occupied in border villages in India, police do not get call records

Voice 9, News Desk: The Nepali mobile network covers the majority of the villages in the areas bordering India and Nepal. During the ongoing Operation Kavach on the border, police are constructing Chaupal in communities within a 10-kilometer radius. Meanwhile, when police and intelligence authorities arrived on the scene, it was discovered that there was no tower for Indian telecom providers. Criminals take advantage of a flaw in the system. The police do not get the call information of the Nepali mobile phone in the event of an incident.

SP Shravasti sent a letter to the ADG Zone in order to resolve this issue for the sake of security and crime prevention. A similar situation exists in the border villages of Maharajganj, Siddharthnagar, Balrampur, Bahraich, Pilibhit, and Lakhimpur Kheri districts.
