Indian ambassador to the UK barred from entering Scotland Gurudwara

Voice 9, Delhi Bureau: Amidst the ongoing dispute between India and Canada regarding the killing of a Khalistan terrorist, the Indian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Vikram Doraiswami, was prevented from entering a gurdwara in Scotland by a group of Khalistan radicals on Friday.
The incident occurred outside the Glasgow Gurdwara on Albert Drive, where Doraiswami had a scheduled meeting with the Gurdwara committee. This occurrence follows the attack on the Indian High Commission in London by pro-Khalistani forces earlier this year.
The United Kingdom has assured India of its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of the Indian High Commission in London and its staff. British Security Minister Tom Tugendhat has emphasized that any attempt to radicalize UK citizens in any direction will be dealt with by the British government. India has expressed its displeasure over the attack on its High Commission in London and the recent incident in Scotland.
