“Reformation” Documentary: Unveiling Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia's Impact on Global Society

Voice 9, New Delhi Bureau: The upcoming documentary titled 'Reformation: In search of a harmonious society and joyful existence', which is presented by ‘Crowd Zero’ and is produced by ‘Voice 9 News Group’, aims to shed light on an unknown aspect of Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia for global viewers. The  documentary will be in English to cater to a worldwide audience.

Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia, a renowned sociologist, philosopher, researcher, and science enthusiast, is the focal point of this documentary. However, as a saint who left his ‘Purbashrom’, the documentary deliberately omits any reference to his previous life, known as Purvashram. Furthermore, it is important to note that this documentary does not portray Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia as a Guru, and therefore, his ascetic life in Natungram is not featured.

The innovation of an Indian saint in a new social structure holds great significance for the world. Therefore, in this documentary, Voice 9 Group emphasized the contributions of sociologist and philosopher Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathiya. The term "equality" made its debut in the ancient Hindu scripture Shreemad Bhagavad Geeta over 5153 years ago. Within the SreeGeeta, it was articulated that no discrimination based on caste should exist from birth.

Dr. Pragnadas Kathia, an erudite Indian figure encompassing roles as a scholar, spiritual scientist, researcher, sociologist, and philosopher, postulated the potential for instituting a novel social framework by amalgamating Marxist ideology with Indian Nimbark philosophy. His objective was to eradicate latent superstitions entrenched within both religion and society. Eschewing belief in miracles, he instead championed the ethos of industriousness, proclaiming that spiritual fulfillment hinges on ensuring every individual's access to sustenance, shelter, and attire.

The documentary highlights the significant role played by Gurudev Swami SriSri Janakidas Kathia Maharaj in the life of his disciple Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia. Furthermore, the documentary sheds light on Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia, a writer who has gained recognition for his religious interpretations in the context of Rabindranath Tagore and the Gita, which are highly relevant in today's society.

This film aims to cater to a diverse audience, including the global intellectual community, researchers, philosophers, and the general public in India and beyond, who aspire for a harmonious society and a fulfilling life. Dr. Swami Prajnadas Kathia's fresh insights and practical tips for healthy living are also featured in this documentary. Despite being in English, the use of Rabindra Sangeet in Bengali adds a unique cultural touch. The documentary is presented by Crowd Zero and produced by Voice 9 News Group, with voice-over by Damon Williams,  DOP Arijit Saha, Editing Srinjay Chatterjee, Playback Tama Bhadra Majumdar, Background music by Sandeep Mukherjee and Directed by Tarak Ghosh.

The documentary  will be made available on the OTT platforms. With the aim of reaching a global audience, exclusive exhibitions will be organized in chosen cities across India, America, France, and Germany.
