Head and two legs of a girl were found in the bag

 


Voice 9, Dhaka Bureau: Police have recovered the body of a young woman with her head and two legs severed from a red briefcase in Brahmanbaria. The body was recovered from a pond in Senda village of Ramrail union of Sadar upazila on Wednesday (January 31) afternoon.  However, the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. The Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) is investigating the case.

Locals informed the police after spotting the body in the pond. When the police went and opened the luggage, they found that the middle part of the body of a young woman was inside, except for the head and two legs. Locals told the police that around 11: 30pm, a young man was standing on the side of the village road with the red luggage.

Brahmanbaria Sadar Model police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Aslam Hossain said the girl's legs and head were not found. As much space as there was in the luggage, it was kept in that part of the body. Locals informed the police after spotting the body in the pond, he added. The police opened the briefcase and found the body of a young woman with her head and two legs cut off.
