The diamond jubilee (75) anniversary celebration of Birendranagar High School

 

 

Voice 9, Hooghly: Tapan Dasgupta, the Honorary MLA of Saptagram Assembly, officially inaugurated the 75th anniversary celebration of Birendranagar High School in Amnan Panchayat. The event commenced with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Ranjan Dhara, the President of Hooghly Zilla Parishad, Sabyasachi Sengupta, the Headmaster of the school, Bijan Besra, the Principal of Hooghly Zilla Parishad, Nirmalya Chakraborty, Madanmohan Kole, Nikhil Patra, Malti Hansda, the President of Polba Dadpur Panchayat Samiti, Subhash Ghra, the Block President, Tansen Ali Mondal, the Vice President, Banani Ghosh Nandi, the Education Officer, and several others.

Tapanbabu recounted the tale of Mohammad Mohsin, a renowned benefactor from Hooghly, and highlighted his contributions in constructing numerous esteemed educational institutions in Hooghly-Chuchura. Additionally, he expressed his hopes for the prosperity of this particular school and emphasized that its diligent students have the potential to achieve recognition from the Chief Minister during the higher-secondary examination.
