3 motorcycles stolen from a police station


Voice 9, Dhaka Bureau: Incidents of theft have been on the rise in Bangladesh's Kushtia district for quite some time. There have been incidents of theft and snatching in the district. The police recovered three stolen motorcycles from their possession.

The incident took place at 2:40 pm on Thursday (October 31). Sheikh Shahidul Islam, officer-in-charge of Bheramara police station, confirmed the matter on Saturday (November 2).

According to police sources, a gang of thieves stole three motorcycles from the garage inside the Bheramara police station around 2:40 p.m. on Thursday. Bheramara police sub-inspector Alamin and constables Sohel and Masud were working in the garage of the police station. Later, they returned to the garage and found that three motorcycles of the 150cc Bajaj Pulsar brand were missing.


Bheramara police station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Sheikh Shahidul Islam said a case was filed in this connection. Police are working to recover the motorcycle and bring the members of the thief gang under the law. Legal action will be taken against the offenders.
