Voice 9, Dhaka Bureau: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department has informed us that there is rain in all four divisions of the country. The organization has stated that, as a result of the rain, the temperature across the country may decrease further.
Abdur Rahman, a meteorologist at the Bangladesh Meteorological Department, provided this information on Thursday (January 18).He said, "There is rain in all four divisions of the country. There is rainfall in Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, and Rajshahi divisions. In Chuadanga district, 19 millimeters of rainfall have been recorded. In Jessore, 16 millimeters of rainfall have been recorded. Especially in the southwestern region, there is rainfall."
He added, "Due to the rain, the fog will decrease, and the sun will be visible. Along with that, the temperature across the country may decrease tomorrow, Friday. However, today, the cold wave is prevailing. There is a cold wave in all the districts of Rangpur division, Kishoreganj in Dhaka division, and Naogaon in Rajshahi division. Basically, this month will mark the arrival of winter."
