Bangladesh: Cricketer Nasir Hossain banned from all forms of cricket for two years


Voice 9, Dhaka Bureau: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has banned Bangladeshi cricketer Nasir Hossain from all forms of cricket for two years due to corruption in the Abu Dhabi T10 Cricket League. He was involved in corruption while playing in the T10 League of the United Arab Emirates. Three allegations against Nasir have been proven under the ICC's anti-corruption code. Nasir admitted to the charges of corruption in front of the ICC's Anti-Corruption Tribunal. Therefore, the ICC has banned him from all forms of cricket for two years. This prohibition is communicated through a press release by the International Cricket Council, the highest authority in cricket.
