New Delhi: Several medical facilities in Jaipur were targeted with
menacing email threats over the weekend, as per authorities. Specialized bomb
disposal units have been mobilized for these healthcare institutions. The
threatening emails alleged the placement of explosive devices beneath hospital
beds and within restroom facilities, as outlined by law enforcement officials.
Jaipur Police Commissioner Biju George Joseph informed PTI that currently, four
hospitals have acknowledged receipt of these alarming emails, with the
possibility of additional facilities coming forward upon email scrutiny.
