To further increase convenience for sightseers and to accommodate the growing crowd, Eastern Rail has introduced a new set of special local trains. This not only increases the railway's revenue but also provides passengers with a more comfortable journey. As a result, no one has to push or rush to catch the train in the crowd.

For the special days of the Sraboni Mela in Tarakeshwar, Eastern Rail has decided to run an additional 4 pairs of EMU special trains between Howrah and Tarakeshwar and Shyambazar and Tarakeshwar. This decision has been made especially for pilgrims who come from far and wide, including other cities, districts, and states, so that they can visit the temple and quickly return home.
